Your place
is yours.

Finding a place

Place-search text is sent to Geoapify when its connection is enabled, with Photon / OpenStreetMap as a fallback for suggestions. Address lookup and optional city/state lookup from coordinates use US Census. Coordinates are sent to USGS for elevation data.

Verified city/state can fill your artwork’s second line; it stays blank when unavailable, and you can edit or remove it. Your street address is never copied onto the artwork automatically. TerraLinea does not keep a history of your search terms.

Saving a design

Saving creates a private link to a watermarked design. Name and email are not required. Anyone with the complete link can view and make a separate copy of your design, including its selected location and artwork settings, so share it only with people you choose. Copying cannot change your original or authorize payment or production.

We store the selected design and its terrain data to reopen the link and review it for a future order. Saving does not charge you or send anything to a printer.

Your browser cart

We use this browser’s local storage to keep private design-link credentials and quantities in your cart. We do not store payment details, your shipping address or prices in the browser cart. The site verifies current prices and saved artwork on the server when you open it. Anyone with access to this browser may see these designs.

Removing a cart item does not delete its private saved design. Your cart does not automatically move between devices; use your complete private design links to add pieces on another device. You can remove pieces in the cart or clear local site data in your browser.

Personalized product previews

Where product-preview rendering is enabled, adding a saved piece to your cart requests a digital preview from our print partner, Printify. We send a reduced-resolution watermarked copy of the artwork and the selected product variant. This artwork includes any place name, coordinates or personal words you chose to display.

We do not send your private saved-link credential, email or shipping address for this preview. Temporary artwork-delivery links expire within one hour. The resulting preview is kept in private storage and can be reopened through your saved design.

It is not a production order, a photograph of a finished item, or a guarantee of exact fabric color or print placement.

Ordering your piece

When checkout is available, we collect your name, email, delivery address and any phone number you provide. We use these details to check delivery, prepare your order, arrange fulfillment and help with order questions. Delivery details entered in the form are kept in page memory, not saved to the browser cart. Once you request an order review, we retain the order and delivery details on our server.

Stripe hosts secure payment checkout and processes payment and tax information. TerraLinea receives the payment status, amounts, transaction identifiers and order details needed to confirm and support your purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.

We send the selected product and delivery details to Printify to check shipping. For fulfillment, we send the print-ready artwork and the contact and delivery details needed by Printify, the selected print provider and delivery services. Artwork includes any location, coordinates or personal words you chose to print. Your private saved-design credential is not sent to the print provider.

Order emails & private downloads

We use your order email for purchase confirmations, delivery updates and support. Cloudflare’s email service delivers these transactional messages. Placing an order does not sign you up for marketing.

Your confirmation can include personalized product previews and private links to your order and matching phone and desktop wallpapers. Anyone with a complete private order link may see the delivery details on that order. Anyone with a wallpaper download link may access that pack. Keep these links private and contact us if you believe one has been shared unintentionally.

An essential, secure browser cookie can keep access to a particular private order for up to 90 days. It is not an advertising cookie. Clearing it does not delete the order; retain your complete private order link or contact us for help.

Earlier opening-announcement signups

If you previously joined our optional opening-announcement list, we retain the email address you entered, the time and wording of your consent, and that you signed up from a saved design. That permission is for the opening announcement, not an ongoing newsletter. The signup is no longer shown in the saved-design flow. Saving, adding to your cart and ordering do not subscribe you to marketing. You can request removal from the list at hello@shopterralinea.com.

Keeping information safe & useful

Cloudflare hosts the storefront and its private design, artwork and order storage. Technical request information is processed to operate the site, control abuse and investigate errors. Owner tools and production artwork have separate access controls; a saved-design link does not authorize payment or printing.

We keep saved designs so their private links can reopen them. Order, artwork and communication records are kept as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and dispute handling. Removing something from the browser cart does not remove these server records. You can request removal; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.

Questions and removal

Email hello@shopterralinea.com if you have a privacy question or want to request access, correction or removal of your information. Include the relevant order number or design reference, but never send full payment-card details. We may need to verify that the request is yours before releasing or deleting private information.
